Administrative divisions each city can have separate identifiable cards :

 24 oblasti (singular—oblast'), 1 autonomous republic* and
 2 municipalities with oblast status**; Cherkas'ka (Cherkasy), Chernihivs'ka (Chernihiv),
 Chernivets'ka (Chernivtsi), Dnipropetrovs'ka (Dnipropetrovs'k), Donets'ka (Donets'k),
 Ivano-Frankivs'ka (Ivano-Frankivs'k), Kharkivs'ka (Kharkiv), Khersons'ka (Kherson),
 Khmel'nyts'ka (Khmel'nyts'kyy), Kirovohrads'ka (Kirovohrad), Kyyiv**, Kyyivs'ka (Kiev),

My codification on Ukraine cards (before 1999) is as follows :
example :
K025 19T : K = Kiev , 025 number of the card , 19 = backside , T = chip Thomson
KA03 22N : KA = KALININGRAD , 03 number of the card , 22 = backside , N = chip NEMIGA
OD22 17K : OD = ODESSA , 22 number of the card , 17 = backside , K = chip Kvazar-Mikro

My description is as follows :
example :
'1680 Fireworks         K145' where
1680 = is the units on the card 
Fireworks = description 
K145 = number written on the card itself.

Ukraine Cards from 1999/2001 (new backsides)
New issues from Ukraine from Promswyasok company (see this section)and
Telekart company (see this section) can be identified by city
where they were sold , regarding the first 3 numbers of the control code.
Most common is '027' For same image of cards , a premium is valid for smaller cities.
